We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering 50+ hours per week, onsite safety training, and opportunities for advancement. If you enjoy hands-on work and are reliable, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Type:

Full-Time.
Overtime Available (50+ hours per week).

Responsibilities:

Sort, inspect, and organize materials.
Load, unload, and move materials as directed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift (team lifting required for heavier items).
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and wet environments.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, recycling, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to work 50+ hours per week.
